Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines after shipment:
- Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
- Luzon: 3–5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 7–14 business days

Real-time tracking is available via the assigned courier.
Failed Deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. Incorrect details, unavailable recipients, or refused deliveries may result in return and additional re-shipping fees.
